Rick Head from superior PC Sales is a crook stole $16,000 from us. We purchased a load of of Non-Broken LCD Monitors from him. Once load arrived here we found out that every single monitor was broken. We tried calling him and emailing him but we were not able to get a hold of him. He stole $16,000 from us and we want to get it back.

i sold this buyer a load of LCD's, as the paper work will say this load is sold as is and that all of the goods are used and the paper work also will tell you that all sales are final, i have talked to this buyer a lot of times every time we have talked there is always something esle wrong, first every one of them were broken. the more we talked the number always was diffrent.. when the LCD's left my warehouse they wasnt broken, i cant tell you the roads the drive drove, he sent me some pictures of the LCD's and from what I was looking at they wasnt broken at all, its is my thinking that he is telling me that all of them are broken so that i will refund all of the money that he paid, plus the trucking coat. I have a company to run and i have asked the person to please send back the LCD's and i would refund his money but as of today that hasnt happen, i talked to the buyer yesterday and he is still not willing to return the prduct for a refund.. so what he is doing telling is telling evrybody that i sent him 100% all broken and bad LCD's ...if I did this then why would i be telling him to just retrun the LCD's and i will give him a full return of his money.. at the end of the day this is what we have, a man that is bitching about a load of LCD's he got and and isnt happy with them, and a man that is saying to this buyer just sent them back for a full return of his money and he still wont do it.. i dont have anything else to say, about this its on him now ,but i keep loseing buyers because of it....
