Superior Pools - Nate Brickner Superior Pools was supposed to close my pool this year as compensation for my cost to refill pool last year to fix an installation flaw.  I had an email clearly stating that they would do this but Superior and Nate refused to honor this simple arrangement.  Also he did not tell me he wouldn't honor the agreement till the day the pool was supposed to be closed.

The actual agreement

 The actual agreement was for an opening and closing. Not opening then free chemicals and then a free closing.  Someone else that worked for me made the agreement and I was unaware of it until his freebies seemed to never stop.  So I looked into it and found out that he was only to get a free opening and closing.  Which I would of honored but he had recieved free chemicals that were not included in the deal and did not want to pay for the chemicals or the difference for the closing.  If you would like to know more of the story plese feel free to email me at customerservice@superiorpools.us
