This has been the worst experience I have ever had. The company is out to scam people and they don't care that they are stealing money from consumers.

the tool kit they sent didn't evan fit the cheap chinese plug that was to be a swiched to an NGK in PDI set up the tool kit didn't include the long nose pliers 2 differn't drivers and only 2 wrong wrench's also,Also the $10.00 Gas Card that was to be included never came after being promised 3X it would as the mirror and the tool kit.The bike woulden't start and there tech. people it seems just want to put you off the 2 months youi do have a "warrenty" his answer to bike not running and once I got running on my own stuters and shakes at 10/15 mph his answer was it has to get over 300 miles on it and it to give it time to settle in and instead of Anti/Freeze There was window washer fluid in it and after seeing that i changed out all the fluids rear end gear oil,motor oil, EtC, These peole are great at getting your C/Card info. and it is takin in under 5 min.
after that things go from roses and cream to a big pile of B.S. You can't get though to anyone that will give you any help I have emailed them picture of bronen mirror,wrong tool kit and complaints about the gas card (which is only $10.00 bucks but the point of it,I beleive the staff fill up their own cars with them. getting back to PDI service the tin foot rests on both side were not installed and I had to drill a total of 14 holes 7 on each side to put on myselfAs the elec.'s are supposed to be tested also (lights turn signals etc) My left turn signal didn't work and evan after I replaced the bulb which is a LOT harder than it sounds unless you got tiny hands it still didn't work and hadto pay and elec. person at a shop to fix,and the sh*tty remote for starting and "alarm are messed up some how as it only strats when it wants to anoter elec.
problem as the radio/mp3 player is connected in nto this elec. mess as you haer static evan with radio off plus static goe's up and down with rpm's.I paid almost $100.00 to get much needed turn signal fixed but can't afford all the other stuff being on a limeted income hence one of the reasons I bought the thing.And $1,900 bucks is a lot of cash for me to have to put in additinal $100.00'sEvery one out there considering buying a scooter etc. please don't make the same mistake I made and believe SPS B.S. just to rope you in they will promise the world till they get your $$$$'s Then the sh*t hit's the fan.I evan told SPS that I will consider the cosmetic damages and the undone PDI and elec. problems I will live with if they sent the right tool set,left mirror and gas card to no avail (as I figured what am I gonna do send it back and forth tor California at $300.00 a pop?) Stay away from these CROOKS.

I also filed a complaint with the BBB and waiting on replies. I think there are over a 100 complaints now. Superior power sports employes are good at making excuses ( actually its Lying ) and they are good at lying to buy time with there clients instead of fixing issues. They dont stand behind there warranty. They force buyers to fight for there rights. This company should be shut down and i can only hope that with enough TRUE complaints that this will happen. I will strongly advise NEW buyers to stay away and i mean FAR AWAY from making a purchase with them..., but if you do, make sure to use some secure form of payment like a american express, possibly mastercard, or Paypal so that you have legal defense if you do not receive what you pay for.
