Superior Power Sports Superior Ripoff! Supposedly selling fully assembled and Tested/Inspected Chinese Scooters City of Industry, California

I ordered a BMS Legend 150cc scooter.  The advertising said free Pre-delivery inspection which would include battery installation and charging, as well as test drive and full assembly.  My credit card was charged the day I made the order instead of on delivery as most reputable merchants practice. 
One week later, they called and said that what I ordered was not available, so I switched to the SSR Legend 150cc scooter which is essentially the same model, but cost lest.  My credit card was still charged the original amount (almost $200 overcharge).  The scooter was damaged when I received it because the metal shipping frame hand been dented. The delivery company took over 3 weeks to actually deliver the scooter to me, and didn't show up twice for pre-arranged delivery appointment. 

Also the battery was not installed (still in the box with the acid separate), and thehandlebars could  not be installed correctly because the bracket that holds them was too big and the screws were too long.  Therefore the entire assembly could not be tightened down.  I had to have a mechanic fix it.  Kind of hard to drive a scooter with loose handlebars, don't you think?  There is no way the scooter went through the pre-delivery inspection as claimed. 

The worst thing is that no Title or Certificate of origin was delivered as originally claimed by Superior Powersports.  When I called them to request it, I got the runaround, and my emails were completely ignored.

Finally, I spoke to someone on the phone and they told me the title was "lost" and that I would have to pay an additional $150 to have them do the registration for me. 

Without Certificate of Origin, I cannot register my vehicle.  This company is seriously crooked, and I believe they are importing and selling Chinese scooters without the appropriate documentation and process. Saying the title was "lost" is akin to "my dog ate my homework"

Save yourself some headache and buy from a reputable dealer!  Chinese scooters are great, just buy them from a company that does business correctly.
