We had a new AC air handler installed on June 27th 2013 by Michael Zara Of Superior Service.  Right away the ceiling started leaking.  Michael said there was something wrong with the pipes, so he came back and replaced them.  Michael has been out here six times because of excessive leaking.  Our ceiling now had water damage (this is where the handler is located) and we had to have someone come out and replace the drywall.

Our old AC handler was 25 years old and never leaked once.  Michael installed the handler, he needs to figure out what is wrong and fix it.  Six times he has come and each time we have had major leakage.  He said he doesn't understand why it is leaking and that he does not know what the problem is. 

How in the world can you name your company "Superior" when you don't know your job?  We now have to pay another company to come out and fix what he did. [continued below]....

.....  We contacted Superior before sending this report and the woman who answered the phone insisted that the handler was installed correctly and there has to be another problem. If there is a crack in the unit or some other fault, he should be looking into that.  We paid $1475.00 a nightmare.  Do not use this company.

Update:  I contacted another air conditioning service company and a handyman.  Both agreed the leaking was caused by an unlevel condensation pan and drainage pipe needed to be rerouted.  A handyman (not a technician) fixed the problem that the owner of Superior Service could not.  I mailed the cost of repair and the diagnostic repair bill to Superior Service. Michael called and said he is not paying for anything a handyman fixed.

My question is, why could a handyman immediately see the problem and fix something that Superior Service installed 10 months ago and could not figure out in 6 visits?
