Back in February 10, 2007 I spoke with Cecillia at 866-311-4154 x3293. She told me that could only do this service with a deposit. The running ad or ads would deducted from that amount until it had to be replenished at which time Lucky Dog LLC would have to deposit a new amount to keep the ads running. Luck Dog LLC was never charged any amount to deposit in the account to start running ads. Also, we never received any form of notification of our new account the would show a balance or ad stats, how to access it, bill/invoice/ or receipt of the initial charges, etc. Two months later we receive a welcome letter telling us how to access our account and such. It also states the amount that was supposed to be deposited and where to go to replenish it. However; Supepage/idearc had already billed us for $249.23 for a month that we did not know our account was active much less think that our ads were running. I tried talking with them -- that they had made and error. But they choose to keep the amount that we had no idea was being incurred. Especially when they REQUIRED a deposit from us before begin.
