On May 19,2012 my wife and I purchased an aledgedly brand new ODES Dominator 800 UTV from Supersportz Inc. located in Riverside California. We paid $9555.00 for this unit and another $850.00 for an extended warranty. The unit was shipped via car carrier from Ca. to New York two weeks later then contracted for. At the time of delivery the unit was filthy, and had numerous things wrong with it, including being very hard to shift and put into park. Tom Spears at Supersportz was notified and we were told that the problems would be dealt with......Nothing happened.... We contacted ODES ( the manufacturer and parent company) and we were told that the problem was not theirs, but was strictly a Supersportz problem. The UTV then got stuck in reverse, and we finally got permission to take it to an ODES certified repair shop. We did that and it sat there for 7 weeks because no one would certify the repairs or pay the mechanic for the work. Upon bringing the unit home from the repair shop, it started to stall after about fifty yards and then would not restart for at least an hr. It now does not start at all and none of the repaisr have been done. I have tried to contact Tom Spears numerous times with negative results. The representative at ODES has now informed us that Supersportz is no longer a certified ODES dealer and has lost their contract with ODES. It is now Jan 20 2013 and I still have not heard from Supersportz. Ine of the phone numbers is no longer in service and when you call the listed number you get a recording. Do not deal with these people at Supersportz as they are just ripoff artists looking to make a fast buck.
