Supportkids Inc. - CSE Child Support Enforcement Garnishment of my Paychecks based on false information and a phony Order. Austin Texas

Is this a legal way of collecting child support? My stupid ex-husband called a 1 800 number off of the TV while drinking late one night and decided this was a good way to get back at me after 20 years together and two kids. He was making a very good salary while I was struggling to get back to work. Support kids in turn sent a garnishment order signed by their CEO (No judge's signature) based on the original divorce decree (no court order) which reads "Presently, the Respondent is unemployed but historically has earned approximately $2,200.00". In the decree it descibes us as having two children being born within the marriage, this is what the child support obligation worksheet that they made up (for the wrong county) is going by. Well, my son is currently 22 years old and out on his own. Thus, I am being garnished for $456.00 per month based on 2 children and a base pay of $2200 per month income. I only earn $1900. Therfore, I am unable to provide for myself, my daughter, or grandchildren for that matter, on things that I would like to get for them. Out of the $456 he gets $270 that's how good supportkids are. They are collecting 60% of my garnishment for themselves, which is $186.00 per month going into their pockets where as, if it is "Child Support" why is it not going to the child. When I contacted them, I was told that they need a court order signed by a Judge in order to correct the information. I'm all for both parents providing for their children in the event of divorce and I know there are some deadbeat parents out there, but I am not one of them. I don't have the money to hire an attorney to fight them on this, so I guess I'm just stuck. Any suggestions? I have had to depend on family, friends, and co-workers just to survive.
