We do not advertise or offer a "sample" - we are offering a "free trial" which is a time-sensitive test. A "sample" is an outright gift.
Our trial does list terms and conditions which you must agree to in order to finalize your order; these terms are listed clearly on the order page and are also sent to you in a confirmation email.
These terms do describe in detail that you are signing up for a "free 15-day trial" where you will have 15 days to decide if the product is right for you. If you are unhappy with the product, just contact our customer service department and have the account closed so you will not be billed or shipped anything else. If you are happy with the product, do nothing and when your 15-day trial ends you will be billed for the original shipment at the regular price. If you leave your account open, every 30 days from your original order date you will be billed for and shipped a new one-month supply of product.
It is not our fault that you agreed to the terms without reading them; it is a consumer's responsibility to be aware of the terms of any program he or she is signing up for.
