God, how can I even get started. First of all this place is soooooooo shady, I know firsthand because I actually worked at their call center, which when you call and hear the nice hold music you think you're calling an actual reputable organization....DO NOTBE FOOLED...this company is so shady the staff consists of like 4-5 people all helping scam innocent and often elderly people on fixed incomes into buying useless weightloss products that promise miracles. The guys that respond to complaint emails Devin and Sean (who are the only staff members of their so called "Customer Service Department") are just two surfer dude type punks that are just in there to collect a paycheck no matter what type of scam they are supporting. I don't even know if Judy is still there..she's the so called Manager...(and the one that will quickly get on the phone to try to get you to not cancel your order) trust me they will go to the farthest extremes of this universe to try to fool you into their scams..reason I'm no longer there....they were being shady about payroll too, I don't even think they asked for my ID when I got hired let alone fill out a W-2, for all they know I could've been an inmigrant right off the boat with a job lined up. I still have bottle after bottle of their trial products I got to try as an employee there, none worked..all a scam...when you get hired as a customer service rep the training consists of nothing but teaching you how to fool people and make the product sound wonderful so you don't cancel your order....Nuff said...and all the rebuttals from Devin and Sean as I'm sure I'll be seeing soon due to this email are all prefabricated email templates that they just copy and paste onto every customer's emails as new trials come to expire, credit cards get charged and people call to complaint, they basically just sit there reading all the complaint emails and copy and paste their various rebuttal templates.....PLEASE!!!! if you want to loose weight spend your 78 buxs on a gym membership not here.
