I ordered 4ea comb knives, item #AZ112BK, order #113244684. The items are described and pictured as having 3 3/8 inch stainless steel blades. What I got was hollow bladed soft plastic junk. No response to the 4 phone calls and 3 emails I sent them. To make matters worse YOUR BANK SUPPORTS their theft. If you authorized the purchase then they can send you a used soda straw and you cannot get your money back. They are under no obligation to send you what you paid for and your bank will let them keep their money. This is EXACTLY what I was told in a letter by Brittany Swanson of Gulf Coast Educator's Federal Credit Union when I disputed the charges. She wrote, " Your request to dispute this charge has been denied because you authorized the purchase and any disputes or refunds have to be taken up with the merchant". So according to the banks, it is up to the original thieves to refund my money. [continued below]....
