Surplus and adventure Xmas present never received, money taken, no reply!! Worcester, Internet

I ordered a Christmas present from this company in plenty of time but at this time am still waiting. I have e mailed several times and only received standard responses stating that the order was out of stock ( showed at time of order as in stock) or that it is on its way.

Here i am almost 6 weeks later, with Christmas been and gone, and still no goods! E mailed the company again today asking for a definitive date only to receive an automated out of office reply stating the office is closed until 2nd Jan ( hello!! Today is the 6th )

I, too late, decided to Google this company and was left reeling at the amount if almost identical conplaints posted. They took my money on Boxing day and now i have no present, no money and little hope of getting either back.

Please please beware of these useless charlatans and research them prior to giving them your card details!!
