This person is the worst of the worst. In every way the most vindictive, evil, fake, coning person you will ever meet. She has a history of ripping clients off as a realtor, stealing personal property, falsifing documents, conning people out of property and the list go's. I had first hand experience with this bottom feeder and I want other people to be aware of her scams. Stay clear of this scumbag by all means if you know whats good for you.

As I stated in my email to you when you accused me of knowing about any of this, I want nothing to do with Ripoff or you. We both know the truth about why we no longer speak and it has nothing to do with Kerry Larkin. There is not a shred of truth in the statements you made with my name attached.
I find it disgusting that someone would involve me in such colossal stupidity. DO NOT use my name again to try and further your cause. This is the one and only time that I will respond to this garbage. Next time, I will turn it over to my attorney.

Lets just say I know Suzanne Hoyt Slate Schrimsher all too well and every negative comment on here is nothing more then a colossal understatement. I've witnessed the wrath this person can have and the damage it has caused people. This is the most manipulated liar that anyone could ever meet. Dont believe a word that you read about Suzanne that is negative.
As the real "mark s" that was misquoted and used by k larkin himself to mask his own identity and use mine to spill such crap! Paula absolutely has something to do with this as she told me herself. AND I am willing to testify in court if need be.
To set the record straight. I saw Suzanne where i worked and enjoy every minute of seeing her as I do every time she comes in. She is extremely intelligent and never has anything bad to say about anyone. I always asked her how Paula is doing as I dated her and know that she and Suzanne are friends. She did tell me that this Kerry Larkin was placing these horrible comments on this website and that she was very confused as to why someone would do such a thing especially since she has no contact with him whatsoever. I mentioned this to Paula the next day and she of course went and told Kerry which in turn gave him more bs to turn into lies.
FYI Kerry... the more remarks you make the worse you look and the guiltier it appears that you are staging this whole thing.

Paula Zerinich had absolutely nothing to do with any of these comments including the one you just wrote and pretended to be her. How low will you stoop Suzanne? Is there anything you wont do? Where do you draw the line? There is nothing on any of these reports that is not true, now you have to deal with the possibility of an arrest or law suit. What were you thinking? Unfortunately nothing can be taken back or taken off this website so
I wanted to make a quick statement on Suzanne's behalf for anyone that may
read this filth, that they would at least hear what is truly
happening.
The original author of all these LYING complaints is ONE person
and has staged this whole sorted mess of disgust. He has also staged himself as all
the others that posted comments. He did that all himself using fake
names and addresses and circumstances all to make her look bad. He
& I both know its true because he told me himself and I unfortunately thought
it was funny and a game in the beginning but now I see how harmful it is
and I regret having anything to do with it. Things I talked with him
about Suzanne were turned into filth and harmful lies that are 100%
untruthful.
Suzanne & I have been neighbors & friends for several
years but unfortunately we have lost our friendship because of this same
individual, whom I dated for several months. He is vindictive and is
not someone that you want on your bad side as you can see by the mere lies and comments
he has made here. Suzanne has had nothing to do with this person or
myself for that matter for over 5 months because he is known to do things
like this to people.
She is a wonderful caring person that you would be proud and lucky
to have as a Realtor and friend.
Hopefully, the author has had enough and will move on to things
that will make his life better and not to involve himself with others
lives that have nothing to do with his.

Suzanne, Why would you accuse me of writing this complaint? Is there something that you did that I should know about? Im baffled as to why you would single me out of all the people that dislike you. I do have to say though, your response is a tad inaccurate. I did hear and witness many dirty deeds performed by yours truly but who's to judge. I would like to clear a few things up while Im here. First, unless you have a twin with the same name and bank account, you did do business with me on more then one occasion. If I recall, it was your son Jonathan's (great kid btw) air condition and brakes we fixed for you on the 4 runner. That was the one you called on 7 or 8 times to try and get the cost down and insult whoever answered the phone. I could provide you with the invoice if you dont remember. Also the rebuilding of the carburetors for your husband Mike's boat that I had to chase you down for payment. Secondly, You should probably stop using your son's cancer for your personal advantage and manipulation, from what I understand he has been clear for years and besides I dont think the man upstairs would care so much about that. Finally, I am not the bit scorned by your pernicious rumors, false accusations and villainous lies. I've heard how you talk to people first hand and how you turn on people with a vengeance, friend and family. Im only surprised that all these reports weren't here years ago. A word for the wise, or maybe the not so, there is no hiding from Karma my friend, it has no boundaries or contentions.

I was so elated when I googled this person to see what was out there and found this. Let me just say this, I listened to this evil conning low life for a hour at the bar I work, I already disliked her like so many but I figured I'd hear what she had to say. I heard nothing but how everyone is so beneath her, that all the great deals she made were from her superior education and intelligence and everyone else lack of. She boasted so proudly about the people she ripped of in real estate dealings and just continually badgered her friends, family and even kids. This is the most conning, vindictive, psychopath of a person you will even have the misfortune of meeting. What kind of person does these things? Like the comments before this, I would stay as far away from this evil being as possible.

I worked with this individual and also had the misfortune of having to deal with her shenanigans, lies and manipulating. She will stick a knife in your back the second you turn around, she will do anything and everything in her power to get what she wants regardless of how many people she has to step on. I was a colleage of hers for years and watched her manipulate every situation she could to come out on top. I also experienced her harassing letters, phone calls and emails to her ex boss after she was fired. Like the complaint says, stay clear of the evil person and pray she doesn't cross your path.

I am asking you kindly to remove this remark. You are falsely accusing me of things that are untrue. First of all I have never done business with you and 2nd I have only sold one home in Real Estate and my clients were so happy and satisfied that they wrote a very long letter to my company that was posted on our company website along with a picture of them at the closing table.
I am the technology coach where I HELP agents keep in touch with their clients and become more successful. Clients are our number one priority.
Posting false claims against a person to purposely try to ruin them when people search for them to get more information is just downright mean and totally unnecessary. If you upset with something its best to talk to the person and work it out. THis is NOT the forum .... I have 3 children and one that still has repercussion from cancer. I dont have time to be worrying about someone scorned for no reason. For the sake of my family I am asking you to please take this off.
