What malpractice?

With regard to who is being rude to who, I surmise this patient is rude to the doctor, rather than the converse.
The patient may have a legitimate grievance. But if he is to have any hope that a judge or jury will rule in his favor, then he must first improve his demeanor to make himself likeable. Right now, he comes across as obnoxious; and juries do not rule in favor of jerks, regardless of the merit of their case.

I did not benefit on anything. I lost time, money, and still have a dysfunctional nose. I did not approve or consent my insurance be involved because they didn't know if anything would be covered. I just gave my insurance card to them because they wanted to see if I was insured. I have all the email proof of trying to settle this issue but the doctor refused to help and started changing the subject matter of discussion.
I did not threaten the people at Reston Facial Plastics what so ever as I have no reason to. I did email in 06 saying I could breathe a bit better but my nose was clicking and misaligned because my septum was still not fully attached to my nasal bone.
I went in to see the "same doctor" Suzanne Kim Doud Galli, although yes she was working for a different practice at that time I had my procedure done. Is it wrong for me to go to the doctor that did my surgery and ask why my nose is still not fully functional after all these years? Is it wrong for me to ask why I still have surgery lines coming out from my nose when I was told they would melt in my skin?????? Is it my fault that I contacted the doctor that did my surgery for questioning and ways of fixing it???? Yes, I called to ask for the final bill that I was willing to pay at that time for 2 visits, one being a free consultation, but they still could not provide exactly what I owed. I was just rudely demanded to pay the deductible. Also because my insurance received a different bill then I did, I called to settle this matter but it got nowhere. I also did call my insurance company before I even called Resont Facial Plastics, so #1 owner you clearly do not have any idea what happened.

This patient has only paid a small co-pay. Yet, his account with his insurance company has been credited several hundred dollars towards his deductible although, to date, he made no payment towards his deductible. In other words, he is the one who has gained from these interactions. Perhaps, the wrong party has posted this ripoff report.
