Swap-Bot is a snail mail craft swapping site hosted by owners Rachel & Travis Johnson.

The site currently fosters massive statewide & international mail fraud.

The administration take no interest in controlling, moderating, admonishing or stopping people who take advantage of innocent members until they are pointed out by caring, self-appointed investigative vigilante members of the site, at which point, it is too late and the damage is done.

Fraudulent members make multiple profiles against the site rules, rip-off 100's & 1000's of people and have little to no repercussions for their behavior.

The lack of responsibility of the site owners to monitor & proactively stop the fraud encourages the thieves to take liberties to come back over and over again to continue to steal under different aliases.

Internet trolls frequent the site stalking & procuring pictures of well known & respected members that they inconsequentially photo shop onto vulgar & explicit pornography. Many valuable members have left the site due to the unchecked visual assault, humiliation, lack of propriety and protection from the site owners as named.

If the site was moderated and the members screened it would drastically lessen the chances of multiple profile fraud. But since the owners of the site demonstrate no real interest in protecting the good & upstanding members who frequent the swap-bot services, the fraud continues in huge, unchecked quantities.

It is only a matter of time before a class action suit comes against these negligent owners. It is time they take responsibility for the mail fraud they foster on their site.
