I have purchased items from Sweepstakes Clearinghouse and I have had no problems at all. I received the merchandise I ordered in a timely manner. They even let me switch from one item to another when the item I wanted was out of stock.
They also held the balance of my payment for future purchases. I never had a problem contacting them by phone or email. The contact info is on their website-

I have also ordered many other things from there and haven't had any problems w/ them weather it be something that just wasn't what I wanted or thought it was going to be or wasn't happy w/ the product. Most of all I always got my money back or what I order was definitely sent what I ordered!

I did a reverse search on the phone number on whitepages.com and the phone number is listed as Sweepstakes Clearinghouse.
