I ordered almost $200 worth of pods from this site - I recieved a confirmation email but never received the product. I tried contacting them for over two weeks and via several emails but no response at all. I contacted them pretending I was a new customer and they responded whithin 24 hrs. I will gladly retract this if it was an oversight but it looks like this is a classic ripoff from an online retailer.
