"Sweet Paula" from sweetpaulaspods.com stole over $200.00 from me. There is nothing I can do since the site doesn't provide contact info other than an email addy that does not respond. I paid for dried flowers for a wedding that I never received. I second the other complaints about her. DO NOT order from her!

Sweet Paula is a scam! She is not so sweet and will STEAL YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM sweetpaulaspods.com!! sweetpaulaspods.com is a website that will take your money and you will get nothing in return, not even a response to as of why they stole from you.

Nice try

This is Paula, right? It has to be. If she's as "hard-working" as you say then we should all be treated likie actual customers and not targets. I have not received one e-mail, not one peep since she took my money. I have sent several mails, each one courteous (up until now, that is) and nothing. Not one word.

I had a wedding to prepare for. I had been hired to create the floral arrangements for the tables and bridesmaids for a Portland summer wedding and now I've been forced to buy from another retailer for vastly more money and a delivery date of one entire month from now, and they're not even dried. My only hope is to time the shipping as such and pray I have the time to set them all up before the due date. Now I'm behind becaue of this one criminal and her multiple scam sites.

You cannot defend someone who does something like this to multiple peope. Take a look around you. THIS many people with the same exact complaint and the same exact experience can't be wrong.

I got the same apologetic email

I got the same apologetic email from Paula. My order is supposed to ship today per her email. I will keep everyone posted to as of whether or not I receive my package and tracking info.

If she did have an emergency, my heart goes out. However, I still find it suspect that she was able to login to authorize.net (her payment gateway) and manually transfer my money, but was not able to respond to emails. Furthermore, I happen to know that they have internet in Oklahoma. On the other hand, perhaps she is grieving and not in the right mind. In which case I look like a complete jackass.

We will see what happens :)

I received a very detailed update from Paula.  She had a family emergency and wasn't able to respond to emails for several weeks.  She assured me that orders will be going out asap this week, and she was very apologetic for the mistake.  I am confident that she will make this right, and I am satisfied with her explanation.

I filed a report today as well against Sweet Paulas Pods.  I was billed over $300 dollars.  Nothing was shipped and emails are going unanswered.  Previous orders were handled properly, but maybe I was just lucky until now.  Whatever is going on buyers should avoid this business!

What a huge load of crap!

Hi, my name is Michael, and I live in Oklahoma City. The first thing I would like to say is that I've never met Paula, or even talked to her on the phone. The only contact I've ever had with her was related to orders from her site. The reason I am posting this is because I am outraged to see such a good and hardworking person flamed on a site that is supposed to be here to help people. Sure, I could have just passed it by and not done anything, but that's not the kind of person I am. I have ordered from Paula at least 10 times, and have never been ripped off. Matter of fact, there is not a single vendor out there that is more accommodating than Paula. My orders have always been received in a timely manner, and my emails have always been replied to immediately. The one time I've ever had a problem with S.P.P. I complained  only to realize later that it was my fault, and even then Paula and her husband were kind and polite, when they didn't have to be.

Ripoff Report is a site that I, and many other consumers use to determine the quality of company and products. When I googled Sweet Paula's Pods (so I could go straight to the order page) and saw this ripoff report was the second result, I was confused...when I clicked and read the report, I knew it was a lie, and I don't know about you folks reading this, but I can't stand when people lie, especially when it's obvious that they are doing it to hurt other people. It also hurts the credibility of ripoff report when people post disinformation like this. I, myself have wrote a few ripoff reports, but I made sure that they were well deserved and that I had exhausted all other options. The only thing I can guess is that this is a jealous vendor, OR someone who has a personal problem with Paula and wants to betray her, but it's seems highly unlikely that it could be a customer. Look around on facebook, and all the other many of sites that praise Sweet Paula's Pods service and high quality products! Ask any of her customers from past and present and you will get the same statement I've given here.

How about using this website for the right reason: To expose the real scammers, rather than trying to sabatoge a good person's name!

I am Paula, I have been in business since 2003 and this is my first ripoff report!
 please email me and tell me your name and your transaction #, let me know the date you say you ordered this product, I just looked up the name you use on here and I have never received an order from this name, maybe it was under another name?
 I have never once had a scam or rip off report and I have never not sent a product or refunded on a product~ so please, if this is a real customer~ please email me so we can fix what you think happened~ we always email
all of our customers back and your not saying the date you ordered, so its hard to try and figure this out, I sell to a lot of people that are planning wedding and I even looked that up and couldnt find one unhappy person, We run a big business so I do at times have to come across customers that are unhappy if USPS messes up or if they feel like the product was not what they wanted, but I offer refunds and even pay for the shipping for it to get shipped back~ I am super easy to get along with,~
 I know I have answered every email~ If we are going to be closed, I make sure to post it on my website so people know it might take a day or two to get an email from us!

I'm wondering if this is a real person or someone trying to sabotage us! They wrote on another scam website the same date and acted like they were two different customers.

  I use to sell on Ebay(sweetpaula30)  I had great feedback~ I always try to fix any problems that happens and We have answered all my emails!! my email is sweetpaula35@gmail.com and my family's site is  poppypodcentral.com, that is my Son and Girlfriend and they have never ripped anybody off! they work for me and have a small website on the side~ I am really confused? please email or respond on here because I feel like this is very unfair~If it got overlooked which is very uncommon , I will refund tonight and post it on here!! I will want you to update this  and let people know it was some sort of mistake~there could be three things going on~I either sent it, this is someone that is trying make me look bad and have never ordered from me  or I overlooked it and I will refund if it was overlooked~
 I REALLY WANT A 1ST NAME AND THE STATE YOUR IN CUZ I AM THINKING THIS IS JUST SOMEONE THAT HAS MAYBE
NEVER ORDERED THROUGH ME AND THEY TRYING TO GIVE ME A BAD NAME~ALL MY CUSTOMERS KNOW THIS DOES NOT SOUND RIGHT! THANKS, PAULA
