My daughters birthday she wanted cupcakes with zebra print and a pink flower on the top. The picture we provided was white fondant with black stripes and a decorative pink flower. She told me no problem they would be very easy to do. I came back the day of the party to pick them up and was shocked. She just smeared white icing on them and drew black lines for the zebra and put a candy flower on the top.

When I told her I was unhappy, she claimed I never said I wanted fondant. I left the cupcakes, went to a local grocery store and purchased a ready made cake for her. The next day she posted on her facebook page for Sweetshop that because of a customer that did not pay for her order from then on she would have to start charging a deposit.

I have an issue with her posting pictures on facebook that do not belong to her. She obviously just goes to google image and copy and pastes pictures. I have called her hand on it numerous times. What she does is wrong. She posts pictures above her skill level then gets mad when customers arent happy. Its a huge thing in our little town right now.
