Puting me in danger of lossing my present job, which I had to take 3 days off with no pay to retake the test, that I thought I had already took. Plus Swift got over four thousand dollars from me for that school. I want my money back.

Where Do You "Employees" Come From...Mars?

The original poster made it clear that the problem he was experiencing, like so many others I might add, in that Swift was directly responsible for the fact that there are literally HUNDREDS, if not THOUSANDS of people who went through Swift's Millington, Tennesee Academy, taking their CDL tests ON SITE at the so called 3rd party testing facility, and have been informed that their licenses are not valid due to testing irregularities that occurred at that testing facility.
The denial offered here that there was some anonymous "third party tester" installed at the facility on Swift's property is completely laughable. The State of Tennessee confirmed in February that the "third party tester" was none other than Swift Transportation Co. Inc.
In other words, there was no third party involved at all. The testers who signed off on the questionable tests that resulted in issued CDL's were Swift employees. The employees even wore Swift uniforms all day long, and THAT little factoid was also revealed in the FOIA releases.
No charges have been forthcoming to date, but that does not mean that they are out of the woods yet, and it's not unusual for charges to be filed at the last minute. There is still 9 months to go before any statutes of limitation kick in.
What these "employees" are not saying is more telling than their defenses. The testing facility on Swift's property has been shut down permanently. Those foolish enough to attend Swift's Academy must now take their written and skills portion of the CDL tests in Memphis at an actual state facility. Their CDL will be solid if they pass the tests, but the job they will start will still be just as sub-standard as it always has been with that company.
Those that have fallen victim to Swift's utter mismanagement of their testing facility do have cases that deserve to be brought against Swift Transportation. I'd do a little looking around online to see if anyone is seeking participants in a class-action lawsuit.
Google "Swift CDL Scandal" and read the truth for yourself.
If a former student chooses to leave Swift and seek employment with another Company, the unpaid costs of tuition become due and payable.
The party does have a legitimate complaint, but it is not against Swift. It's against the 3rd-party.

I do believe he has a valid point. He went through the school, presumably completed his commitment with Swift, and went on to find a better job, and now he gets slammed because his license was deemed invalid.
You go to an accredited school to learn your trade, any trade, receive your license because you meet the requirements to get said license, and then a couple of years later you find out your license has been suspended because of illegal practices?
I do believe he has a right to be angry, and is not out of line looking for damages.
