In 2008 I ran OTR and then earn my way onto a dediated account. I then became an O/O/Mentor I was accusded of not logging a trailler, and not showng proper ID to a customer. I proved that both of these were wrong, but it did not matter.
I was pulled off of the account and was told to go back OTR. I was force to do this to be able to make a living. I was given the worst loads possible. I was unabe to make any money and was force to turn in my truck.
After leaving Swift I was contacted by DOT that my CDL was no good. I have been unemployed since 2009, due to me not having a tractor,trailer to be able to retest.
I have lost all the money that I paid for my student loans, and the money that I put into leasing a truck from Swift.
Swift has also put on my DAC information that is wrong.
