so in other words they can;t take the blame because ther not the owners of the testing and training facility.nice sceme or rackit.Ijust want to be rembersed for my expencises and would like in on the Class Action Suit.It took a long time and personal cost for an individual with no job and family to be away from home to aquire a cdla that the good old n.h.d.m.v. can just take away.
