Swift Transportation Invalid CDL, Millington, Tennessee Driving School, paid for trucking education out of check Phoenix Arizona

After going through Swift in July 2005 to get my CDL, and having the company take the funds for the schooling out of my check, (approx 3K) I received a letter a week ago stating that their driving school out of Millington, TN did not follow procedure and that my CDL was now invalid, and I have to pay for another driving test, written test, and have everything back up to valid by the end of February.

I did stay at Swift the two and a half years approx. that was required in order to have the 3k "reimbursed" to me. I have been a truck driver almost 4 years, and now receive a letter saying my licence is in jeopardy. I obviously know how to drive truck, but I now have to take time off of work to retest, out of my own pocket.

Swift used this company to test all of its students, and apparently any and all CDLs from May 2005-2008 are invalid. How can it be unaware for three years that the company they are using is not doing things legally? Also, once Millington went under investigation last year when the FBI raided it, why were people not notified then?

I think that Swift should have to reimburse the schooling and pay for all the updates on the CDLs. Also, there is defenitely a need for people to look into the company's management since they don't know what is going on in their own company.
