A few weeks later I called them to see the status of my application which the last time I spoke to my recruiter she had me do their online academy which was very helpful. However my recruiter was very nice and helpful. when I called her to see what the status was of my application she said well.. it looks like they denied you employment at this time, I asked why, she said she didnt have that information so she transferred me to the manager of Investigations who wasnt very nice to begin with. I had asked what the reasoning behind the determination of my Denial all she could say as if it was all she knew in English was as Follows, sir, your informations was received and attached to your application and file. I asked her once more why I was denied same response, ok maybe 3rd time is a charm well same friggen response. I asked her once again and click she hung up on me. so I called back asking to speak with her supervisor and when she asked me why I wanted to speak with her supervisor I told her cause you hung up on me so Im filing a complaint. she quickly changed her statement to "I didnt hang up on you, the call was lost." I ask how can a call be lost on a land line to land line connection ? I thought maybe bad weather I checked clear blue skies in both states. so whoever wants to apply to swift BEWARE... they may deny you employment and not tell you.
