The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Monica Eaton-Cardone during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward Global E-Trading.

Global E-Trading is a unique company that provides software solutions for merchants, banks and consumers. Monica Eaton-Cardone further explained that their vision is to help companies, "make the communication line with transactions and payments much more efficient." Ms. Eaton-Cardone went on to state, "we have a very well defined niche in the market. We work with E-commerce merchants so there's not very many companies that do what we do.”

Leads for Global E-Trading are generated primarily through referrals, "almost 100% of our business are referral based."



During the onsite interview, Ms. Eaton-Cardone was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service received. Ms. Eaton-Cardone assured us that they very rarely have complaints with their company because of the intimate relationship they have with their clients,"in many ways it's like a partnership." However if an issue does arise it is handled through effective communication, "if we have a client that is upset about a billing issue or something related...they'll give us a call and we'll resolve it." Ms. Eaton-Cardone expressed that Global E-Trading is willing to work with the client’s needs to the point of providing them with credits for hours spent on the project to building additional programs for them that create satisfaction. This level of customer service has resulted in lasting business relationships, "we've found businesses that we're able to add real value to. They grow as a result and that's growth for us as well."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's Ms. Eaton-Cardone explained that the comments on Ripoff Report's website were made by a disgruntled employee, "we've done everything that we can to make this situation never happen again...what I've done to resolve that since then is put in additional compliance levels with our human resources department so that every feels they are appreciated. Their taken care of very well, we have great exit interviews if things aren't working out. Those are strides that I've taken as a learning experience from this activity." In should be noted that Ms. Eaton-Cardone's accreditations include working directly with Visa and Mastercard, as well as providing compliance advice to fortune 500 companies.

This customer never responded to our email. Ripoff Report has always had a uniform policy to not remove Reports. Ripoff Report is a permanent record. The record is now set straight.


This was a personal attack from an ex employee. The working conditions were the conditions common in a startup company. What wasn't completely false or simply a personal attack, was greatly exaggerated.



If you hear the name MONICA EATON CARDONE run like hell . She will lie to your face and do anything to make a dollar. Just call and ask her employees who she is ripping off every pay day. This b***h thinks she untouchable. Her business keeps failing because her husband Gary cant put on his pants and control what she doese and she puts the company at risk every day with her lies and deceptions,

Let me tell you a little about what she doese to the employees she makes them lie about checks being sent , locations there at and she refuses to pay over time even though its the law.  Even her salaried employees like I  used to be are ripped off I took a day off and got my pay cut to min wage but I worked every day and most weekend long over time hours.  She is not a business person at all ! The really sad part she gets loyal people to work for her and she back stabbs them in the back. Even her friends and family are stabbed in the back by this b***h! Its time to put MONICA EATON CARDONE where she belongs jail.. I am planning to put a law suit on MRS Cardone for all the lies and deception she has done for her current and past employees.

If you know Monica why dont you ask her a few questions, like why do you force you employees to lie ? Why cant you run a business without running it in to the ground?  Why do you think you can break the law and not pay over time even for salaried employees?  Why dont you love your children enough to stay home and be a real mom ? every one knows she hates being a mom it a good thing she has a great husband even though he needs to see the big picture. If you would like to join my law suit please let me know . I can use you as a witness or on the suit its self. If your worried about your job I will supeona you to court if that helps. Please join me in puting her out of business for good. I wont stop until she is out of business for good.

Fraud - Deception - Lies

Former employee.  Forced to lie.  Forced to call and pretend being a customer of a client to get information.  Hired as one job title and never got to work it.  Constantly changing job responsibilities.  Constantly changing physical location of desk assignment.  Constantly being called on the carpet in front of other staff.  Constantly expecting to report each and every task being done.  Work environment horrible.  No breaks allowed (unless you are one of her pets).  Have to work through lunch, every day.  People situated so close to each other that the a/c is constantly on and gives out by noon.  Transferred all the programmers plus one more staff to her office, she moved to theirs.  Her office was not being cooled so she moved the programmers there and took their cool office then complained she was cold.  Narccisstic; controlling; eating disorder; paranoid; psychosis of the worst kind.  If she isn't yelling at or firing someone, she has not had a good day.  She is not happy ever.  She dresses like a k-mart blue light special.  Tattered jeans, cheap shoes, baseball cap.  COO's do not conduct themselves like she does.  She needs to be baker-acted.  She commits fraud with her clients by taking their websites, manipulating the sites so that when they are presented to the bank they win the chargeback.  This is not a company to work for or hire.  Chargebacks911.  Global E-trading.  Monica Eaton Cardon.  Stay away from them.  You will be better off.

Sadly I had the same thing happen with me. I held their company together for them for nearly a year until I became sick and was hospitalized, I came back trying to work through my medical situation but found from time to time the pain was not bearable and had to call out. I then came to find that my salary that I was dependent upon to survive, eat and to have shelter was cut to minimum wage.....yet they still expected me to continue to perform at the same position I was currently in.... by the way I was the Operations Executive - supposedly their right hand man. When I addressed the issue to the owners I found myself between two people blaming the situation on the other. I choose to quit rather than continue with their nonsense. 

I lost everything. EVERYTHING.
