Switzer Maids Damen Marin Cleaning Service Fort Collins, Colorado

Here is my complaint about Switzer Maids. I'm not sure what's worse, them not showing up or showing up and not cleaning anything.  That was my experience.  I hired them to clean my house prior to a baby shower because I have doctor's orders to be resting. He initially called and said that they would be an hour late.  When he did show up,
the cleaning lady was still 20 minutes later than him.  He told me everything he would be cleaning in the home, including dusting, cleaning glass, window frames, making my bed, cleaning the bathrooms and that the kitchen and family rooms
would be "thoroughly" cleaned.  My family left for an hour and came back and the cleaning lady was still working.  However, after being there for an hour and a half, she said she was done and left.  I, when not pregnant, cannot clean my house that fast so I was really skeptical.  Upon going through my home, I found that all she did was vacuum and mop my kitchen floor.  Mind you, she didn't even sweep it first.  My kitchen was still dirty and she didn't even clean off the coffee tables.  Now, three days later, he still will not return my phone calls.
