Swivel Sweeper Charged $19.99 for a $2.00 brush and $32.97 for shipping for a 6 pound package Pacoima California

Placing my order for the Swivel Sweepers was through a recorded system. About half way through I felt nervous about the order and tried to cancel but the tape continued pushing other items and I could not contact an operator. I also ordered rechargeable batteries but receved glides instead and was charged $7.99 for a quarters worth of plastic.

The Mini Sweepers, consisting of a palm size piece of plastic and a rotating brush cost $19.99 (unpowered). The product is cheap and fragile and it is factory packed and the only thing necessary for shipping was to band the two cartons together and add a shipping label. Shipping for an 6 pound package came to $32.97. I am returning the items unused and I am sure they will be reshipped to another customer. It would seem the company is making their profit on the shipping charges.
