Symantec Norton Rebate - Symantec Corporation I purchased the Norton Internet Security 2008 on April 4, 2008 and mailed in my forms on 5 April 2008. I received an email stating that they needed some missing materials. HOwever I mailed everything to the address provided me on the form. I still have not received my rebate after all those months. I recently contacted the above number 1-866-206-8800 and was told to resend my information. Saint Thomas Ontario, Miami Florida

I purchased Norton Internet Security on 4 April 2008 and was advised that I would receive a forty dollar rebate. what a deal, so I thought, so I mailed a copy of my proof of purchase, my orginal bill, and the orginal form to the address located on the rebate form. However, as of todate I have not received my rebate. I did keep copies of everything.

Today I spoke with an attendant at 1-866-206-8800 who advised me to resend my forms including my reciept for the purchase, and the proof of purchase. HOwever, I also send rebate form, and a copy of the email I received indicating that my information was received on April 27, 2008. I was advised to send my information to P. O. Box 128516 Miami, Florida, 33102-8516 and I have done as requested.

I think that this is a terribly long time to have to wait for a rebate. you know, as a consumer, I am always looking for the bang for my buck, however, sometimes this deals are too cumbersome for me to deal with. I dislike having to beg for something I was promised. However, being the compassionate person I am, I think everyone is honest until they give me reason to see that they are not. I am hoping that this issue will be cleared up, and that Symantec will come through with the deal as promised. This is surely not good for business.
