When you purchase anti-virus protection from Norton Internet Security, you can easily find yourself enrolling in their automatic renewal program without your knowledge. BEWARE! You don't know that you enrolled, but it is YOUR responsibility to go to your account with them to cancel.

At renewal time they will charge you the highest possible price for their service. (It is very easy to find it at a lower price). You only have 60 days catch the charge on your credit card statement to get a full refund. If you change your email address, you are screwed.

My business was charged twice this year by this deception and paid $90 each time for anti-virus protection for 1 computer for 1 year. They were inflexible about refunding me.
