Synapse Retail Venture free 3 month trial od magazines and then they were supposed to authorize continuation. Never did, spent over $100.00s on mags we do not want. Continued to try to contact this company and continue to Salt Lake City, Utah

Have been trying to stop this company from sending us magazines as the ad said. We would have 3 months free then they would authorize us to bill our credit card fro payment of additional services. I have tried every way possible to contact them and continue to get the run around. I want the subscriptions to stop and our money refunded from11/14/11.
