i haven't heard from them in over 2 weeks. i don't want it now i bought a dell laptop. he keeps blowing me off, and is very rude. ebay, paypal, and my bank say they can't do anything because this company won't return my money after they said they would. all i know is his name is ted p

I'm not sure how you could mistake a complete laptop display that includes theLCD and the LID and the front plastic bezel and the hinges for a completelaptop? And, for the small amount of money you paid you should have said "this price isway too low for a laptop" and read the listing again. Synaptic-Systems sells laptopparts. Laptop bases, displays, hinges, plastic, etc... They don't sell complete laptops.I have purchased many items from S-S and their products were always exactlyas listed and were reasonably priced. And, they are extremely fast shippers and alwaysincluded tracking information. I wonder what the real situation is? I'm sureS-S would refund you completely upon return of the item. And, if you payed with"PayPal", PP would have made certain you were refunded once the item was returned. I haven't seen any S-S parts on Ebay in a while. Maybe they got out of the business?
