Systweak Advanced System optimizer ZERO SUPPORT and PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK Internet

Stupidly, I have had Systweak's Advanced System Optimizer subscribed for 2 years now and I have had numerous and on three seperate occassion devastating results - This "tool" does not work and it very definitely does damage to the software of the computer... to the point where the PC must be cleared of all software and then have the software re-installed.



THE SUPPORT FROM SYSTWEAK IS ATROCIOUS - in fact it is non-existent.



I have attempted to get support and am met with a huge language barrier by people that clearly reside in India and have zero PC knowledge. After numerous attempts to acquire appropriate technical support it became very clear that the TACTIC is to frustrate you to the point you blow-your-cool and terminate the conversation - THEY DO NOT WANT TO SUPPORT YOU... EVER.



I then attempted the email support - firstly "YOU TRY" the support link on the website www.systweak.com takes you nowhere - the browser goes on a search for 3 minutes and eventually lets you know... Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Page - Diagnose connection problems. BUT every other website works appropriately and very well.



I am astonished that MICROSOFT still allows this company to claim and advertise itself as MICROSOFT CERTIFIED. I also now believe that SYSTWEAK products clash with Microsoft Security Essentials, because MSE works very well without System Protector installed, but MSE runs into problems when System Protector (Advanced System Optimizer) is also running.



Clearly being MICROSOFT CERTIFIED is meaningless and not an appropriate means of seeking a quality product - PEOPLE SHOULD ALSO COMPLAIN DIRECTLY TO MICROSOFT about this. I definitely will. Additionally CLEVERBRIDGE is the selling agency and is also clearly in on, and supports the SCAM and RIPOFF undertaken by SYSTWEAK, with many of its products and judging by the complaints these include:

Advanced System Optimizer (ASO)

RegClean Pro

Disk Speedup

Advanced System Protector

Cacheboot Professional

Advanced Driver Updater (DO NOT USE THIS _ IT KILLS YOUR PC/LAPTOP)

And numerous others market under various names and regcleaner names.







SYSTWEAK is a SCAM and a RIPOFF - once they have your $39.95 you are going down and they will never support you... they will frustrate you to giving up.

Finally... Never and I mean NEVER allow them access to your system online. You do not get it back easily or timely (and I wonder why...).
