Cleverbridge/Systweak/QResolve have the worst customer service i have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Systweak First. I had purchased the Regclean Pro and Disc Speed Up( which never worked, even after i called them numerous times and finally had to give up ) back in Agust, and got an email from them yesterday that they have cancelled my service and givin me a refund without my knowledge or consent. I never asked for the service to be cancelled ofr for a refund. I actually liked the product, and when i asked who cancelled it no response. So obviously that is a huge issue for me.
The QResolve which is associated with Systweak they had no idea what i was talking about? Sounds funny huh. When i called the other day to have my computer serviced it took forever to explain what i needed, a basic tune-up on my laptop. There is a language barrier there since all calls are routedto India, which is fine, but i dant have time to repeat all my info over and over till they finnally understand them, then you have to do it a second time when you actually speak to the tech. which takes forever as well. So an hour and a half later i check on my computer and it says in the logmein box and i tried taking my computer back into my control sinse they were done and they kept moving my cursor away from the check boxs. this went on for a little bit until i finally lost my cool and told them to release my godamn computer and it even took time after that. So when i called them today to get my money back they refused and asked me( and i did Count how many times) 10 more times through out the conversation to let them have access to my computerand i said no way since i had aproblem with the last technician and this went on for awhile. why would i give them control over my computer when one of there techs didnt even tune up my comp. properley in the first place. Now it runs even slower. So after all of that i asked to have a refund of the total purchase price and they refused. So obviously at this point im pretty pissed, and have had bno resolution from them, they completely refused to work with me on this. All they did was mess up more stuff. So hy cant i get a refund for this when there tech would not release control of my computer which is basically stealing from me. there customer service is horrible there product is s**t and there service people are even worse, you cant get a word in there edgewise. So Buyer Beware do not purchase this product it is not worth $199.00. The price was originally $150 two weeks befre i purchased so they are also liars. For the love of god DO Not Buy This Service it sucks. Theres a reason why there not a BBB ( better business bureau) affiliated company. Horrible i would rather cut my foot off they deal with them another second. DONT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
