Had to send them myself after waiting weeks to get the items to Australia.
When my partner received these items not one of them worked on any OBDII compliant vehicle as advertised. Each time they displayed 'Linking Error'.
Contacted T-Mart and was given a download for an apparent 'update'.
The Diagnostic Tools don't come with the power source cable to enable this to occur.
Again contacted T-Mart for the required cable and was told to send the items to Brooklyn and they would reimburse some of the postage costs.
Asked them about the purchase costs and the additional freight charges and received a reply that they would give me a $10 contribution to the postage only. We refused and requested our entire out of pocket expenses reimbursed.
The last offer from them was on 17 August 2011 as $20 only towards the return postage. Still nothing about the purchase refund or additional postage. Have repeatedly asked for a managers contact and still getting email replies of 'Sorry for inconvenience, patience please.'
