T-Mobile Cellular; Chrging For Restocking Fee On Defective Item;wouldn't Send "promised" Postpaid Envelope 4 R/t defective cell phone 3 times; sent 2 back with their postpaid envelopes; T-Mobile wouldn't send #3 envelope; so they charged restocking fee. t-mobile "Promised" even stated they sent the envelope/no envelope came with mail tracking.I cannot use this defective cell, I kept calling their c.s, they were rude, superv. said they can't send evelope now; it is overdue; so they charge the restocking fee. 210 Wiley Road Georgia
