Thats not right for my billing period ends on the 7 of each month & there going to charge me on 28, less than a month on my bill. I asked them "Why I wasn't inform a head of time of the changes by writing or text like other company do." They told me "They don't have to it would appear on my next bill." Funny part is that I haven't received my bill yet, it's the 26 of October & I have to pay my bill on the 28. The point is they have to inform me in writing of any changes just like any company does a month before!!!
Sincerly,
Brenda L. Castro of Lorain, Ohio

POSTED: Thursday, November 17, 2011I have rarely had a customer have a problem with making a payment arrangement if they can't pay the bill in on time even when the due dates changed.
They gave you the options so now take some personal responsobility, pull up your big girl panties and do what you need to do to pay your bill on time.
