My sister died April 3, 2013 and I called T-Mobile to close her cellular account.

They sent me an acknowledgement letter with a final bill that I paid.

Their records show my final payment of $73.90

Then they sent additional bills for $10.98 in Jue and $25.98 in August.

I called them and asked them to cancel the two extra bills, which they refused

THis is TERRIBLE customer service for e deceased person!!
