think it might be the sim card but t-mobile in walmart won' cooperate with the problem. they gave me a number of a district manager in walmart. i left 4-5 voice messages on his machine and he will not return a call. i think it is very poor business to put someone on a contract and not back up the service. in other words they stuck us with a lemon phone and service. this business just wants to get you on a contract and tough luck to you.

Exactly. Walmart is NOT T-Mobile

However, you can't blame T-Mobile for what you buy at Walmart. Why didn't you bother reading your contract and seeing that you have 14 days to exchange the phone? You also have 14 days to back out of your contract if your not happy.
My suggestion is you should have taken the phone back to Walmart and demanded an exchange within the first 14 days and picked up a few rolls of toilet paper while you were at it.

Have you called T-Mobile's customer care?

The WalMart "dealer" is just that....a dealer. They CANNOT do anything about your phone. Samsung and T-Mobile are the ones you need to contact.
I used to work for a wireless company recently in their Customer Service department.
Hope this helps!!
