I and my family switched to t mobile from sprint. At first we thought how could anyone not come to t-mobile? But then after having the service for less than 2 months we had bought a brand new Nokia Lumina 521 windows phone and 2 refurbished ones.

Well the brand new one we have replaced now 2 times and still having issues. We spoke to the retention, special service and there tech department spending more than 7 hours of time going back and forth. They will only replace the phone with a 5 dollar insurance fee and will not wipe the original purchase price which we owe 60 dollars left per phone if we upgrade the phones.  Not even looking for free upgrade just the smart thing. Turns my phone in and get a small upgrade which I’m willing to pay for. But they still want the original phone paid for in full even though it’s broken and never worked right in the first place.

Now one of the refurbished phones is starting to have issues and they will not help to fix it. They say we need to turn it in to insurance for another 5 dollars and replace it with the same model make and model phone. Also none of their facilities has the ability to fix any of their phones. I can’t understand how a company can sell you a broken product and not want to fix it. Even if I go to Wal-Mart and purchase a broken product they will replace it or except the return, Not T-mobile.

Also on top of all this when we first got the phone being it took T-mobile over 9 days to get us the phone and tried it for not even a week. Called them back saying we are all having issues with the phone would like to get a different phone they told us its day 15 and we cannot exchange the phones anymore. We only have a 14 day grace period. There response was unbelievable. This should have been told from the beginning. That when I said on the phone I wanted their service before they even shipped the phone, the 14 day grace period started. What the heck kind of scam is T-mobile.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. All I can say is plain and simple. DO NOT GO WITH THE HYPE T-MOBILE IS A STREIGHT UP SCAM. The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am dumping ever piece of stock I have in them before this catches on. I’m going to try cricket.

Your miss understanding I’m not going on about what is my right I’m talking about business. they sold me a broken product when I told them about it they shrugged and pretty much said who cares you will pay me for the broken stuff. And reporting to this to let folks know that it is a scam and not to go to them according to what happened to me and fyi this is the second cell phone company I have went with. So your point is mute about me jumping. I was with sprint for almost 15 years thank you. If you treat my business like I’m a customer and it’s my right to choose you and you want my service, I stay. But when a company doesn’t care about your money and you as a customer I think the world should know.

When I left sprint I didn’t blast them I didn’t write bad reports. They got too big and I wasn’t special to them anymore they wanted new customers and didn’t care about the money they have gotten from me. Am I that special? No I’m not and I understand that. But you know what? My money is special to me. So in closing when you treat customers like you don’t care about them this is our only recourse besides leaving them which I am doing. So this trolling is at an end and have a good day.

The grass...

The grass ONLY LOOKS greener from YOUR side of the fence. YOU will have issues with ANY company YOU go with. From the tone of your post, YOU sound like one of those consumers who THINKS everything should be done the way THEY want it. LIFE doesn't work that way. YOU are under some impression that YOU matter in ANY WAY!! That just IS NOT the case. Ok so you jump ship from the #3 cellular provider and go to the #4 cellular provider. YUP!!!!! Sounds like YOU bought into their advertising campaign. Tmo will ONLY do what is spelled out in the contract YOU agreed to completely. Go over THAT paperwork and you MAY find a loophole. Otherwise YOU should REALIZE that a cell phone IS NOT mandatory for YOU to live. YOU may THINK its a necessity but it is NOT!!! Set the phone down and YOU don't drop over dead because it isn't in your hands. Try and remember when YOU did not have a cell phone or beeper. Remember how much nicer life was when you didn't have EVERYONE calling YOU the moment they needed you. Remember, Tmobile is ONLY doing what YOU said YOU agreed to and NOTHING more.
