TAC Evolution tried to scam me out of $845.56 and theatened to take me to court Bablyon New York

I received a call today from a group stating that i had taken out a payday loan and did not repay it. He stated that i owed $845.56 for the loan and that i had to pay it right away. if i did not i would have to settle it with them in court. they wanted me to fax them a letter stating that i had not intention to keep payment on time because of circumstances and kindly accept my payment. after that they wanted me to call back to finish the payment which had gone down from the 845 to 600 and then to 450 by then. i told them over and over i did not have the money, and that i had never received money from them. them would not work with me, would not give me information, and had alot of my information. they called me from a number that is unavailable and where really hard to understand. they gave me 2 different fax numbers

i have no address for them, and don't have any names cause i can't understand them. i have all the voice mail messages they left on my phone and they won't stop calling me. I work nights and they have called all day and i have not gotten any sleep. i have to work tonight but i'm tired and i have a bad headache now.
