I paid $69.00 deposit fee for a concealed weapons course and they refused to rechedule the training course and refuse to refund my deposit for the course. I never received the training and they have kept my money. This is theft.
We are filing formal compalints with the Florida, State Licensing authority and Department of Commerce and DBPR. This non-refundable fee was never disclosed, nor was the fact they refuse to allow you to reschedule the course date. We were not given a written receipt or any agreement disclosing this hidden non-refundable charge.
This is FRAUD. Theft This is Flat Out Robbery without a Gun. This company should lose their license to sell firearms or training classes. I may file a civil law suit based on principle including damages, legal fees and we will ask the court to award punitive damages.
