Are you charged with a Student Loan you don't owe?

I attended Tampa College between 1990 and 1991. I had Pell Grants and paid for all of my books.  I borrowed ONE TIME ONLY a $4,000 loan to get me through the year.

When I received my loan papers I owed $13,000+.  Since then I have been fighting Student Loan, Sallie Mae, etc...all the while telling them these loans where a fraud.

I offered to pay the $4,000 and they would not accept. I've continuelly asked to see the checks and "who" signed them and they said they were not available. My loans are now $25,000. 

I've called the Federal Student Loan office in Washington DC and got nowhere. I've contacted Sallie Mae, written to our Governor, gone and only received a letter back asking me to contact the very people I've already contacted.  I went back to the school after it changed hands and became FMU and they said they had NO records.

Not sure if this happen to you, but when I was at Tampa College on several occasions I had administrators come right into the classroom and ask me to sign paperwork without the opportunity to read them.

In addition, when I tried to go to HCC later they told me my credits were no good.

At this time, I'm fed up!  I want a class action suit.

I'm looking for anyone with information, everyone that has a student loan from either Tampa College, FM, Everest, etc...that was located in Tampa on Himes & Hillsborough.
