They are registered as part of Advent Financial  who did not want to return my tax refund (they have all the information on Andre Amos (Taxamize Founder)- his telephone, Social Security and IRS number of TAXAMIZE. Call Advent and demand your tax return at 1 866-655-2340. You must press the 1st option-for tax preparer not for the tax  payee... Than ask to talk to Ruth or someone else from the corporate office. Please request a form TS2012 CheckReissueRequestForm.pdf. Fill out fax back to 608-299-9990.

Must fill out their EFIN number 587844 and their PIN number 30349. Also must enter in the description the Taxamize preparer personal ID number P99996832. Fill out and mail at the IRS address at the back of the f14157, f14157a forms.
