I recently went to work for T&B sales.I ended up getting in some trouble off work and went to jail,when I was released I returned to the Hotel where they were staying only to find out they had moved on to another city and had taken all of my property with them.I then returned back to Detroit,Mi where I am from and attempted to contact them in order to have my belongings shipped back to me.I contacted the owner of the company Mr. Nathan T. Edwards and he told me he simply couldn't get in touch with Mr.Tim Burgess who is the sales manager for their company and stated that I should keep trying cause there's nothing he could do I finally managed to get in touch with one of their sales reps by remembering his cell phone number(we breifly worked together directly under Mr. Burgess' supervision) by the name of Jeffrey Hammonds .We spoke a couple times and he informed me they had my belongings and that he would notify Mr. Burgess I had returned home so they could send my things.A week went by and I hadn't recieved a call back so I then called Jeff again,He again told me Mr. Burgess said they are sending my things back on the greyhound and he'd call me when they were on the way.I never recieved that phone call or my property and now anytime I attempt to call there is no answer.Isn't this theft? They have all of my property
clothing, electronics, important documents, etc. What are my options?
