TCA Fulfillment Services Ripoff Another wrongly denied rebate by TCI Fulfillment Services New Rochelle New York

I purchased an Edge 256 MB SD card from eCost & submitted the required documentation to wheresmyrebate.com (aka TCA Fullfillment Services, Inc.) for a $30 rebate: UPC label taped to the claim form & a copy of my receipt.

When I finally was able to see my rebate status online at their website, I was shocked to see that they had denied my rebate request because they said I hadn't included the UPC! I had kept a copy of my submission, with the UPC label clearly showing.

When I contacted them via an 800 number (expect a 15-20 minute hold time at least!), I was told that I would need to fax them all of my documentation & that my claim would then be updated within 2 days.

One week later, my rebate claim was still showing denied. So I called again & a very bored & snotty-sounding CSR told me that the system showed that they'd received my fax & that it was still processing. She told me I had to wait to get the email from them about the further status.

If they deny me again, I will contact eCost & file a complaint with them.
