After almost one month I decided to track the rebate as was suggested. and was informed that the rebate was rejected because the receipt did not identify the product correctly.
After reading what others have gone through with TCA I decided to take a shortcut. I returned the unit to Fleet Farm and they graciously accepted it. I also emailed the company that manufactures the GPS, but they have not responded as yet.
