I purchased a Toshiba laptop from CompUSA in Denver, Colorado on 07-25-04. Order #********* at a cost of $953.54. Part of this order was the promise of a $150.00 rebate. The rebate request was through TCA FULFILLMENT SERVICES, INC.,145 HUGUENOT STREET, SUITE 105, NEW ROCHELLE, NY 10801. I received an E-mail from TCA Fulfillment Services, Inc. dated 9-17-04 saying my rebate of $150.00 had been mailed and Do Not Reply to This E-mail. I have not received the rebate and TCA Fulfillment Services, Inc. does not provide a address for E-mail or regular mail.

On 10-17-04 I received a check for $150 From TCA Fulfillment Services, Inc. it had the wrong name on it..I called TCA Fulfillment Services, Inc. on 10-28-04 to inform them of the error they told me to return the check and a corrected check would be mailed out in 2 weeks

On 11-10-04 I received another email that the check was mailed on 11-10-04 and I should receive it in 8-10 days.

I called TCA FULFILLMENT SERVICES, INC on 11-28-04 when the check still had not arrived.. I was told the check is good for 60days and I would have to call back on 1-10-05 to request another check to be mailed.

I called TCA FULFILLMENT SERVICES, INC on 1-12-05 to request the replacement check be sent out.. I was told it would be 2 weeks until I receive the check ,

It is 1-26-05 and I still have not received my $150 rebate... TCA FULFILLMENT SERVICES, INC IS A RIPOFF
