TCI.LLC Service Call Charged with No Change in Service Fort Pierce Florida

Since this company started handling the cable services for my development I switched from DSL to their cable service since the fee is included in my HOA fee. Their service has been slow since day 1 with sites not loading completely or at all. My speed test is extremely slow.

When I called to report the issue they said they would come check it out. Nothing was said about any type of service call fee. They came out and said my signal was weak because there was a wire INSIDE the house that was weakening my signal. They fixed the wire issue and had the person at the house for me pay $75 for a service fee.

When I came home from work my service was just as bad as before they came out. In addition, they refused to refund the $75 fee paid because they said the signal is repaired. Their excuse for the still slow speed is that my development does not have enough lines feeding it and too many users. If this is the case, then why does my neighbors service work fine?

The issue is with their lines to my house. Since they refuse to acknowledge that then they should at least issue me a $75 refund. But according to the internet guy for this company, the owner of TCI.LLC refuses to issue me a refund. Now I am stuck paying for internet twice, in my HOA fees and from a real reputable company for working service.

Business and HOA's, do not use this service. I am sure they are cheap because the treat the homeowners like crap. If I had control over my HOA I would rather go with any other company but TCI.LLC. They definitely do not have the customer service attitude that companies should have, especially in this economy.
