The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Rod Larson during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward TCP Logistics.

TCP Logistics is a privately held transportation and logistics provider. Drivers for TCP Logistics are independent contractors that service several states throughout America. They are highly dedicated to the service they provided their staff and clients, "all we truly have to offer is service I mean because everyone can do it for less, everybody can do it faster, so really truly the only thing we have to offer is our drivers, our employees, our contractors, and our service. "

This company was established September 2015 after purchasing North & South Express Logistics.

Leads for TCP Logistics come from several different avenues. President, Rod Larson, expressed that they reach out through Craigslist in order to recruit driver's for their company. Leads for potential customers are primarily found through cold calling shipping companies, "what we normally do is I'll cold call. We'll tell them who we are, give them a three minute spill, and direct them to our website. I'll follow up with a phone call or personal visit...then we can get them to start building a relationship, and hopefully start hauling their freight."

Once a customer has placed their first order they are made top priority for TCP Logistics. New customers are flagged so their team of highly trained dispatchers will know to provide the highest level of service. Additionally, new customers are called by the dispatch team to thank them for the opportunity of their business.


During the onsite interview Mr. Larson was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Larson explained that while complaints are rare, he did have a situation where one of his drivers stole a washing machine off the back of a truck. In order to remedy this Mr. Larson sent a check for the cost of the washing machine, and turned the driver in question over to the authorities. The customer in this situation was beyond happy, "they we're shocked truly."

When asked to comment on complaints posted Ripoff Report's website Mr. Larson explained that he had a driver who complained about the amount of money he was making with the company. However, drivers for TCP Logistics are independent contractors, and in control of how much or little they work. TCP Logistics does business with several high profile companies, and passed their DOT inspection with flying colors.

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Larson expressed that dispatch now how more interaction with customers and drivers when it comes to complaints. Additionally, they have a new operations manager named Lynn who had over nine years of experience.

North & South Express LLC NSA Rod A Larson Financially unstable, does not pay drivers, victim of his own doings WillowPark Texas

I am posting this add about Rod A Larson of North and South Express of 129 Aledo Ridge RD Fort Worth, TX 76126-6032, 4092 E I-20 Frontage Rd Willow Park, Tx 76087,(too many other addresses to name).  I was employed by Rod A Larson of North and South Express LLC 9 July, 2014 to 3 September, 2014.  Rod A Larson was slow to pay, I had to contact Scott Larson (brother to Rod)of JMS Transportation to try and get paid.  Scott did help out a couple of times.  People say that I'm digruntled by writing this post and I'm but what I have to say is true and I have the documentation to back up my so called disgruntledness.  Rod A Larson owes me $7100.00, along with numerous other drivers.  So for you to call me disgruntled I think is an understatement.  You as a driver provided Rod A Larson of NSE a service with your truck, you as a driver deserved to be paid for those services.  If you are a new driver that has been taken by Rod A Larson's SCAM there is hope. Powers & Stinson @ 662-253-8497(Shawn Donovan).  Rod A Larson has tried to make attempts to talk to drivers that he has stolen from, but he only wants to settle on his terms.  He has told Powers and Stinson that he has no intentions of paying any of us.  During my employment with Rod A Larson of NSE, I contacted JMS for dispatch, JMS had all of the trailers, JMS was also providing Rod A Larson of NSE a Comdata fuel card(fuel card was in JMs name), JMS brokerage paid Rod.  So all Rod A Larson was a name on a door.  Rod A Larson lives in $350,000 house, his wife used too be a practicing attorney but know teachs pre-law at a community college.  From my understanding Rod personnal property is protected.  I do know of some other business deals Rod A Larson of NSE has engaged in and guess what Rod A Larson was able to profit from those deals. ( I'm not sure if I can say on this post but before I do I am going to ask.)  You are asking me why haven't I tride small claims court.  We'll i was looking into that option since my  $7100.00 falls under the Texas limit of $10,000.  In the Justice of the Peace court in Texas, the JP doesnt have to have a law license, just has to be well liked by the community.  So with Rod A Larson's wifes background as an attorney, you can understand why I haven't pursued small claims court.  We are watching that he doesn't try to file Bankruptcy against North and South Express. Rod A Larson also had a company called PSS before NSE.  So if you were a driver of PSS please contact me or Shawn.  Email me your phone number and I will contact you.

These drivers have contacted a lawyer who has been in touch with your office Rod. You just refuse to pay. Low blow to call Kevin Brown a felon.  Even if true, has nothing to do with you owing him huge amt. of money and several other guys that are still fighting for theirs.  Bad thing about being an independent contractor is that the Labor Board does not protect them in any way because they are sent a 1099 at year end and not a W-2.  That is too bad that the Labor Board cant help them. Therefore they have to pay an attorney to stand up for them and try to get the money that you owe them.  Very, very sad that they worked hard making that money and you didnt give it to them!!!!!  Also too bad that the DOT cant help them out.

 North and South Express pays all drivers on time each time.weekly-.not sure about all the personal stuff here but this is why lawyers are waiting to take your money.

10,000 in a weeks time ?? Thats some goos paying loads....
