TELETEN MArketing ripoff Los Angelas California

Purchased $5000 worth of leads december 12th 2005 from anthony . We were supposed to get 60 live transfers and 160 mini 1003 after the live transfer portion had been completed. We agreed upon specific filters, area codes , loan amount, and credit scores and was informed that we would be able to get all of the leads within a 30 daytime period .

The leads received were out of filter with people who did not want to be bothered complete junk. The telemarketers name on the bottom of the sheet was not the same telemarketer that the client had spoken with. We agreed to received 8 leads per day 4 days a week . That never happened and the leads that we did receive were bogus.

I have spoken with Brian, michael, robert, anthony the sales rep, and a few others (((ROR REDACTED FULL NAMES))). Brian told me in february that he was willing to give us a refund in installments. A few weeks later after finally tracking him down robert took over and he was very rude and unprofessional. He hung up the phone and refused to answer certain questions that we asked promissed that he'd fix everything and call us back and never did.

He had us sign a new fax stating that in order to complete the transaction that we would have to sign the agreement of however many leads were left over and give it back to him before he would make the telemarketers call for us again. Well we signed it and he said that he had received th fax and would start the campain again. Nothing changed at all. I haven't received more than 4 leads since 03-31-06 and can't get anyone to return my call. These people are professionals and i'm sure have the best attorney on standby with all of the complaints i read. If anyone has advice, please pass it my way.
